Showgone is a parts-record tool for vehicle owners and shops. You can save a vehicle profile, look up parts in our catalog, and type a parts record.

Showgone is not a licensed smog station. It does not speak for the Bureau of Automotive Repair (BAR) or the California Air Resources Board (CARB).

CARB's official records control. A screen, catalog entry, parts record, or QR link from Showgone is not a state smog certificate.

We don't decide whether a vehicle or part is allowed in California. CARB and your smog tech do. Check every EO number with CARB before you rely on it.

Showgone doesn't guarantee any smog check result.

An account is how a garage is saved. You are responsible for the email, password, and vehicle details you submit. Signing out clears the session cookies in that browser.

You must be 18 or older to use Showgone. Showgone is for people managing their own vehicles, not fleets.

You enter the EO numbers in your parts record yourself. Parts catalog rows come from our API catalog. We do not scrape retailer photos. Ask answers only from the product and FAQ knowledge base in the app.

None of these replace the official CARB record.

Showgone is free. Part lookup, the parts catalog, your on-screen parts record and its QR code cost nothing, and you don't need a card.

Use Showgone as an information tool. Don't present a Showgone parts record, catalog entry, or screen as a state smog certificate, a smog check result, or a decision by BAR or CARB.

You keep ownership of photos and details you add. You let Showgone store and show them only to run the service for you, and that permission ends when you delete them.

These terms and the privacy notice can change as the product changes. The date at the top of the page is the last update.

Before you rely on an EO, check with CARB. For questions about your vehicle at inspection, ask your smog station or BAR's Smog Check Referee.

If something on Showgone is inaccurate or out of date, or you own content you want removed, email oscowboyc@gmail.com and ask us to fix or remove it.
