Common questions
Start here when researching a part or putting your vehicle records in order.
Can I explore before signing up?
Yes. Browse the parts catalog, read the guides and view the sample record without an account. Create an account when you want to add a vehicle to your garage.
Does an EO number mean my vehicle is covered?
No. Identify the exact manufacturer part number and read the official document for the vehicle years, engine, configuration, conditions and exclusions. A number entered by an owner is not an independent source review.
Where is my hand-entered parts record saved?
Your parts record is saved to your account, so it follows you to any browser or device where you sign in. A few extra details, such as EO model years and engines, stay in the browser where you entered them.
What if a product has no photo or EO information?
Missing information is shown as missing or unknown. A placeholder is not a picture of the exact product, and missing EO information is not a conclusion about that part or your vehicle.
What can I use for free?
Parts lookup, the parts catalog, your garage, your on-screen parts record and its QR code are free.
Can my shop use this for a customer handoff?
The shop workflow is an area we are exploring. A full team workspace and customer invitation workflow are not currently offered.
How do I report an incorrect catalog entry?
Contact us with the product page, manufacturer, exact part number and a source link showing the issue. Do not email passwords, full VINs, payment details or private customer documents.
